Southport has two main types of housing available, one being in our new residential development, Centenaire South, and the second in our main residential area that includes 188 of the properties.

Residential Units
With unobstructed views of the prairie landscape and open sky, the Southport community offers 204 rental properties ranging from two to four bedrooms. These units are duplex style housing and are ideal for families as they offer privacy, large yards and detached garages.
In April 2017, Southport began a Residential Housing Upgrade Project to renovate these residential units This project ensures that the units are continually modernized and allows for other necessary upgrades to take place.
